ILTE to Move into New Premises: Aiming to Meet the Growing Demand for Client Consultations

The National Development Bank ILTE will begin providing services and consultations in a new office at the "Asgaard Keys" business centre, located at Ukmergės g. 124, Vilnius, in March. In order to organize activities more efficiently and meet the growing expectations of clients for personalized consultations, the company sought premises better suited to its operations.

"As our current office lease agreement was coming to an end, we assessed the changing needs of our organization, including the need for additional workspaces for employees in light of our expansion, the desire to change the office concept by creating spaces conducive to collaboration, and the goal of becoming more accessible to our current and future clients. Due to the limited number of meeting spaces, we were previously unable to fully meet the demand for individual client consultations. Meanwhile, the client consultations offered last year in Kaunas and Vilnius demonstrated a significant demand for a dedicated space for client meetings," says Dainius Vilčinskas, CEO of ILTE.

The new ILTE office will feature comfortable consultation areas and meeting rooms for working with clients. According to D. Vilčinskas, it will be even more convenient for businesses and partners to obtain all necessary information about ILTE's financial instruments and potential collaboration opportunities.

Convenient Location and High Sustainability Standards

To address stakeholder needs, the new headquarters location was chosen based on several key criteria: the office had to be close to major partners, including ministries, financial institutions, and international financial organizations. Consideration was also given to the quality of office space and employee convenience.

"We are creating an office that not only meets the needs of our employees and clients but also contributes to the implementation of sustainability principles by reducing energy and resource consumption. Naturally, our decision to relocate was also based on economic efficiency criteria, so the final decision was determined by the best value offer," states D. Vilčinskas. The selected business centre meets A-class energy efficiency standards and complies with BREEAM certification requirements.

Accordingly, ILTE's registered address in the Register of Legal Entities will be updated in the near future.
