Following the completion of the public selection process, a new independent supervisory board member has been appointed at UAB ILTE. Eugenijus Preikša will take on the role, focusing on risk management until the end of the current supervisory board's term.

E. Preikša has spent most of his career in the finance and banking sector as a senior executive and corporate board member, with a primary focus on business expansion and the management of financial and non-financial risks.

Currently, he serves as a board member at the specialized bank European Merchant Bank UAB and as an independent board member at AB „Lietuvos geležinkeliai.“

E. Preikša holds a bachelor's degree in economics (banking and finance) from Vilnius University and later earned a master's degree in social sciences from Stockholm University.
