The National Development Bank ILTE is seeking fund managers for its new venture capital instrument Accelerator 3. This initiative is designed to support startups, foster product idea development, and provide investment based on startup maturity levels. It also aims to drive the creation, implementation, and dissemination of advanced technologies and innovations, while investing in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that contribute to the implementation of the Research, Experimental Development, and Innovation (Smart Specialization) concept and align with one of its thematic areas.

The instrument has a total allocation of €18.6 million, funded by the EU funds and the state budget.

Two fund managers will be selected, each required to secure additional private investment.

The funds will be allocated for:

Acceleration

• Establishing companies
• Product launch
• Collaboration with mentors and technology experts
• Initial investments in micro and small enterprises (SMEs)

Investments

• In equity or quasi-equity instruments in companies
