Compensation for the Guarantee Payment to Those Who Buy by Leasing

Who can apply?
A part of the guarantee is reimbursed to entities operating in rural areas:
- investing in the primary production of agricultural products;
- investing in the processing and marketing of agricultural products and/or in activities other than the production, processing and/or marketing of agricultural products, which fall under group 01.6 of the Classification of Economic Activities 'Agricultural services and processing of crops', approved by Order No DĮ-226 of 31 October 2007 No DĮ-226 of the Director-General of the Statistical Department under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 'On the approval of the Classification of Economic Activities'.
Which forms of financing are covered?
In the case of investment loans or financial leases (leasing) .
Amount and duration
Compensated:
- 75 % of the guarantee remunerationfor rural operators investing in the primary production of agricultural products by leasing agricultural machinery and for rural operators investing in the processing and/or marketing of agricultural products by leasing production equipment and/or facilities;
- 30 % of the guarantee remuneration forinvestment in other activities by rural operators leasing productive equipment and/or plant.
The total amount ofde minimis aid granted to any one entity in any three-year period may not exceed:
- EUR 25 000 for investments in primary production of agricultural products;
- EUR 300 000 for investments in other activities.
If the calculated total amount of de minimis aid would exceed the amounts indicated, the aid calculated shall be reduced, at the time of the decision to grant the aid, to the extent that it does not exceed the amounts indicated.
