Investments
The fund allocates between EUR 10 million and EUR 30 million from the ILTE resources. The fund manager is required to secure a minimum of 30% of the fund's total size through external capital contributions. Furthermore, the total investment of ILTE and the EIF shall not exceed 70% of the total commitments of the Fund.
The investment in portfolio companies will be executed by the fund managers, who will independently determine the appropriate investment size for each opportunity. The loans provided to any single company may range from EUR 1 million to EUR 5 million.

How does it work?
Selected private debt fund managers allocate investments in the form of loans to companies, aligned with their established investment strategies. This financial product is intended to:
- create an alternative to existing sources of financing in the market;
- promote the country's economic potential and international competitiveness;
- increase the interest of private investors and help fund managers to reach their target fund size;
- increase the level of private capital investment across Lithuania, filling the gap of funding;
- promote the best practice in the private capital sector, with the State as one of the main, reliable investors in venture capital funds;
- promote the return of public investment;
- contribute to the creation of well-paying jobs and GDP growth.
