Promotion of securities listing on the stock exchange
To promote the development of capital markets in Lithuania and thus help micro, small, or medium-sized enterprises attract the necessary funding for their growth by compensating them for part of the expenses incurred in issuing shares and/or bonds, with the aim of listing these securities on the stock exchange: the regulated securities market operated by AB Nasdaq Vilnius and/or the alternative securities market "First North" in Lithuania.

Who is eligible?
Micro, small, or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs):
- If a company has listed shares on the stock exchange by July 21, 2021, it can apply for a subsidy to list bonds on the stock exchange.
- If a company has listed bonds on the stock exchange by July 21, 2021, it can apply for a subsidy to list shares on the stock exchange.
Amount & Duration
50% of eligible expenses incurred will be reimbursed.
The maximum compensation amount for one company is:
- EUR 100,000 if the company's issued shares are properly listed on the stock exchange;
- EUR 50,000 if the company's issued bonds are properly listed on the stock exchange.
Applications can be submitted until the end of the application period of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 or Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831 (until 31 December 2030), or until the suspension of the call for applications. The call will be suspended once the allocated funds for this measure are distributed.
Terms
Applications are evaluated in the order they are received, but no later than within 20 business days.
The application evaluation period begins on the date all required and properly completed documents are received.
After evaluating the submitted application, a decision is made on whether the company is deemed eligible or ineligible for compensation.
The request for a subsidy and the eligibility of incurred expenses are evaluated no later than within 30 business days.
The subsidy is paid within 20 business days from the date the decision to grant the subsidy is made.
The company will be informed of the decision to grant or deny the subsidy via the email address provided in the application within 5 business days of the decision date.
Compensation can be provided for the following incurred expenses:
- Preparation and publication of a prospectus, information document, or company description;
- Determining business strategy and operational structure;
- Advertising expenses;
- Company presentations at investor meetings;
- Expenses related to financial, tax, and legal analysis of the company's activities;
- Services of external consultants for conversion to a joint-stock company;
- Services of a certified advisor for the alternative securities market;
- Legal, financial, tax, audit, and investment services.
